Every project has a story, but this one is a favorite to tell — so we were especially glad when Architectural Digest decided to feature our Nova Scotia cottage. It started small — a comment left on Instagram, a few messages back and forth — and turned into a 2,500-square-foot retreat on a remote stretch of Canadian coast for an antiques dealer, who calls it “this little jewel box.” We leaned into the humble seaside vernacular of the place, keeping things clean and light-filled, a calm backdrop for a life otherwise full of beautifully collected things.
